PROVIDING EXCEPTIONAL AND COMPASSIONATE REPRESENTATION.
At Knight Defense, our goal is to perpetuate the highest levels of competence in criminal defense so all clients are afforded meaningful, effective representation regardless of guilt or innocence. It is our duty to safeguard the individual’s constitutional rights under both state and federal law and protect the client from unjust treatment at the hands of combative law enforcement and prosecutors.
While we pride ourselves on the work performed in front of a jury in establishing a client’s innocence, we understand that many individual’s cannot or do not wish to go through the stressful and costly process of a jury trial and will go to great lengths to obtain a disposition that is in line with your needs and goals. Our work is not entirely in the courtroom and can often include working with law enforcement or the District Attorney early on to prevent the case from ever being filed. Specializing only in criminal defense and practicing consistently in Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside and surrounding counties makes Knight Defense one of the most trusted and dedicated criminal defense firms in southern California.
